A: During your checkout session, you have a few shipping options:

USPS Ground Advantage (Standard Domestic, 3-5 Business Days) - $7.25 on orders under $74.99 and Free Standard Shipping on orders over $75.

USPS Priority Mail Shipping (Domestic- 1-3 Business Days) - $9.25.

UPS Ground Shipping (Domestic- 1-5 Business Days) - Prices calculated at checkout.

We offer USPS Ground Advantage, Priority International, Priority Express International, UPS Worldwide Express and UPS Worldwide Saver. Price is determined by weight and distance at check out.

Handling time: 2-6 Business Days after order has been placed.

Q: What if my package is lost or stolen?

A: We highly recommend to contact the USPS with any questions or concerns on lost, delayed or stolen packages. Use your tracking number (provided via order confirmation email) when speaking to a representative. You may also call your local post office or submit a claim via USPS.com. At times, carriers may mark a package as delivered beforehand, we advise to give it an extra day if this is the case. Furthermore, if they are not able to resolve an issue, please contact us and we will try our best to help find a solution.

If a package is marked as DELIVERED but you have not received it yet, we are not responsible for refunding customer. Please contact your local post office carrier to locate package. Additionally, you may contest it with your bank.
